Frictionless cross roller slide type RT

Cross roller slide of the RT type: Made of steel, these tables provide smooth and nearly frictionless linear motion. With preloaded cross roller guides, they are the perfect choice for high-precision applications. Offering micrometre-level accuracy, high load capacity, and system stiffness, they are ideal for demanding tasks. Factory preloaded, lightly lubricated, and ready for immediate use. Available for strokes ranging from 10 to 950 mm.

Features

The RT serie of linear slides are similar to the aluminum range of slides, but there are sometimes slight differences in height and width. All sizes are suitable to mount in any kind of mounting orientation. The side, opposite of the lateral set screws can be used as reference side. Load may be applied in any direction.

Internal stops, created by protruding screw heads between the slide top and base, prevent overtravel of the linear bearings during handling.

Black oxide finishing after precision grinding of the table parts. The threaded holes in slide top and counterbored clearance holes in slide base offers easy mounting without additional machining.

Unique center rail design for superior straight line and flatness accuracy.

Stroke range 10 - 950 mm and maximum load capacity up to 71.550 N.
