Compact cross roller guide set type RNG are ready-to-install linear guides. They offer high load ratings within a compact envelope. With this frictionless precision linear guide, it is possible to reduce in size while increasing the load, lifetime, or even the output of the machine. Its dynamic load ratings are 30% higher than those of competing products. This makes compact RNG the best-performing precision linear guide solution with limited stroke currently on the market.

Features

A set of linear guides consists of four precision-ground V-groove RNG-type rails and two KRE-type crossed roller cages with a high density of cylindrical rollers and eight end pieces preventing the cage for running out. When low installation height and narrow width are critical design parameters, the RNG is the product of choice.

1 Through-hardened 90-degree V-groove rails made of bearing steel, precision ground. Very compact set of rails with high load capacity for use in small spaces.

2 POM roller cage type KRE with small distance between the rollers, which are retained in the cage. (optional PEEK material cages available)

3 The rail mounting holes are both threaded and countersunk so that either standard screws or the next smaller screw size can be used in combination with threaded holes in the user's components.

4 Stroke range 30 - 245 mm for standard sets. Sets with modified stroke lengths are available on request.
