Deep groove cross-roller guide type RSDE

The design of the type RSDE precision cross roller guide is based on the conventional crossed roller precision linear guides. Thanks to a deeper ground V-groove as well as the rollers’ contact length is longer, the RSDE guideway offers higher load ratings and higher stiffness. Assembly dimensions are similar to those of the frictionless cross-roller guide RSD type.

Features

A set of deep-groove linear guides consists of four precision-ground V-groove RSDE-type rails, two crossed roller cages type KRE and eight end screws preventing the cage for running out. These sets can be composed by the customer by rail and cage length.

1 Through-hardened 90-degree deep V-groove rails made of bearing steel, precision ground. Minimal gab between two rails reduces risk of contamination entering the bearing.

2 POM roller cage type KRE with small distance between the rollers, which are retained in the cage. (optional PEEK material cages available)

3 The rail mounting holes are both threaded and countersunk so that either standard screws or the next smaller screw size can be used in combination with threaded holes in the user's components.

4 Stroke length to be determined by the user (by rail length and cage length).
