Set cross roller linear guide type RSDE

Cross roller guide type RSDE is designed to support and guide high loads with high precision. Thanks to a deeper ground V-groove as well as the rollers’ contact length is longer, the RSDE cross-roller linear guideways offer higher load ratings and higher stiffness than other types of cross roller guides. Envelope dimensions are comparable to those of the precision linear guide RSD type. RSDE cross-roller precision guides are perfect for applications requiring high dynamics and high repeatable precision with limited stroke.

Features

A set of linear guides consists of four precision-ground V-groove RSDE-type rails, two KRE-type crossed roller cages with a high density of cylindrical rollers and eight end screws preventing the cage for running out.

1 Through-hardened 90-degree V-groove rails made of bearing steel, precision ground. A deeper V-groove offers a longer contact line for the bearing rollers to carry higher loads and offering higher degree of stiffness. A small gap between two rails reduces the risk of impurities entering the bearing.

2 POM roller cage type KRE with small distance between the rollers, which are retained in the cage. (optional PEEK material cages available)

3 The rail mounting holes are both threaded and countersunk so that either standard screws or the next smaller screw size can be used in combination with threaded holes in the user's components.

4 Stroke range 28 - 360 mm for standard sets. Sets with modified stroke lengths are available on request.
