Cross roller guide type RNG

Compact, reliable and suitable for high loads, the RNG cross roller guide is available in sizes 4 and 6 mm. RNG is a further evolution of the cross roller guide RSDE type. Its main advantages include significantly higher load ratings and higher stiffness as well as its more compact installation dimensions due to an optimisation of the internal V-groove design.

Features

This precision and compact linear guide type RNG consists of four rails type RNG (one pair is imaged), with a roller cage type KRE positioned in between and end plates in rail ends preventing the cage from running out. One set consists of 4 rails and 2 cages and eight end plates. These sets can be composed by the customer by rail and cage length.

1 Through-hardened 90-degree V-groove rails made of bearing steel, precision ground. Very compact set of rails with high load capacity for use in small spaces.

2 POM roller cage type KRE with small distance between the rollers, which are retained in the cage. (Optional PEEK material cages available.)

3 The rail mounting holes are both threaded and countersunk so that either standard screws or the next smaller screw size can be used in combination with threaded holes in the user's components.

4 Stroke length to be determined by the user (by rail length and cage length).
