Cross roller guide set type RNG with anti-cage creep technology (ACC) prevent cage creeping for highly dynamic or vertical applications. This linear crossed roller guide offers a high load capacity and stiffness in all directions within a very compact, reduced mass design. The cage control mechanism is a strong and reliable design solution compact enough to fit within the inside geometry of the cross-roller guide, to avoid cage creep.

Features

One set of linear guides consists of four compact, precision-ground V-groove RNG-type rails and two KRE-ACC-type crossed roller cages featuring a high density of cylindrical rollers. All components are equipped with robust and reliable anti-cage creep technology, ensuring a perfect fit, smooth and reliable operation.

1 Through hardened bearing steel 90 degrees V-groove rails, precisely ground with anti-cage creep (ACC) technology included. It utilizes a very compact size rail set with high load capacity for use in the smallest installation space.

2 POM roller cage type KRE with retained rollers and a pinion, located in the cage centre for anti-cage creep purpose. (Optional PEEK material cages available.)

3 The rail’s mounting holes are both threaded and counterbored, allowing the use of either standard screws or the next smaller screw size in combination with threaded holes in the user’s components.

4 Stroke range 27 - 250 mm for standard sets. Sets with modified stroke lengths are available on request.
