Set cross roller guide type RSDE with anti-cage creep technology

Cross roller guides type RSDE with ACC technology prevent cage creep in highly dynamic and vertical applications. These linear guides offer high load capacity and rigidity in all directions. ACC technology is a robust and reliable solution in which the rack is integrated directly into the base of the 90-degree V-groove of the guide rail.

Features

One set of linear guides consists of four precision-ground RSDE-type rails with V-groove and two KRE-ACC-type crossed roller cages featuring a high density of cylindrical rollers. All components are equipped with robust and reliable anti-cage creep technology, ensuring a perfect fit and smooth operation.

Through-hardened 90-degree V-groove rails made of bearing steel, precision ground with anti-cage creep rack bonded in bottom of the V-groove. A small gap between two rails reduces the risk of dust and chips entering the bearing.

POM roller cage type KRE with small distance between the rollers, which are retained in the cage. The cage features a stainless steel pinion in the cage center, used for the anti-cage creep solution. (optional PEEK material cages available)

The rail mounting holes are both threaded and countersunk so that either standard screws or the next smaller screw size can be used in combination with threaded holes in the user's components.

Stroke range 25 - 310 mm for standard sets. Sets with modified stroke lengths are available on request.
