Ball guide type RSD / Cross roller guide type RSD

  • Through-hardened 90-degree V-groove rails made of bearing steel, precision ground.
  • Various type of ball and roller cages are available to suit the application need.
  • The rail mounting holes are both threaded and countersunk so that either standard screws or the next smaller screw size can be used in combination with threaded holes in the user's components.
  • Stroke lengths are made to customer requirement.

Deep groove cross-roller guide type RSDE

  • Through-hardened 90-degree deep V-groove rails made of bearing steel, precision ground. Minimal gab between two rails reduces risk of contamination entering the bearing.
  • POM roller cage type KRE with small distance between the rollers, which are retained in the cage. (optional PEEK material cages available)
  • The rail mounting holes are both threaded and countersunk so that either standard screws or the next smaller screw size can be used in combination with threaded holes in the user's components.
  • Stroke length to be determined by the user (by rail length and cage length).

  • Through-hardened 90-degree V-groove rails made of bearing steel, precision ground. Very compact set of rails with high load capacity for use in small spaces.
  • POM roller cage type KRE with small distance between the rollers, which are retained in the cage. (Optional PEEK material cages available.)
  • The rail mounting holes are both threaded and countersunk so that either standard screws or the next smaller screw size can be used in combination with threaded holes in the user's components.

  • Stroke range 10 - 250 mm.

  • Through-hardened 90-degree V-groove rails made of bearing steel, precision ground.
  • Size 1.5 and 2 mm; linear guide sets come with plastic cages type KZR with retained rollers. Size 3 mm and higher: AA-sheet metal type cage with retained rollers in the cage.
  • The rail mounting holes are both threaded and countersunk so that either standard screws or the next smaller screw size can be used in combination with threaded holes in the user's components.
  • Stroke range 10 – 720 mm for standard sets. Sets with modified stroke lengths are available on request.

  • Through hardened bearing steel 90 degrees V-groove rails, precisely ground with anti-cage creep (ACC) technology included. It utilizes a very compact size rail set with high load capacity for use in the smallest installation space.
  • POM roller cage type KRE with retained rollers and a pinion, located in the cage centre for anti-cage creep purpose. (Optional PEEK material cages available.)
  • The rail’s mounting holes are both threaded and counterbored, allowing the use of either standard screws or the next smaller screw size in combination with threaded holes in the user’s components.
